What will you do?

• Identify and support the development of gas turbine-based power generation opportunities across Mexico.
• Engage with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, government stakeholders, and key industry players to build strategic relationships.
• Assess commercial and technical drivers to shape viable project development strategies.
• Contribute to the early-stage definition of project concepts and technology positioning.
• Translate market intelligence and industry trends into structured business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Application Engineering, Government Affairs, and local leadership.
• Monitor developments in the Mexican power market and identify growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.

What are they looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in power generation project development within the Mexican market.
• Strong understanding of Mexico’s power generation landscape and commercial frameworks.
• Experience engaging with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and energy sector stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Availability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
