These Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as any other legal document incorporated by reference (hereinafter, the “Conditions”), establish the legal agreement between Talentato (hereinafter, “Talentato”, “the Company”, “we” or “us”) and any person who accesses or uses our website, digital platforms or services (hereinafter, the “User”).
These Terms govern access to and use of all Talentato digital properties, including, but not limited to, the official website, online platforms, contact forms, informational materials, digital content, tools, methodologies, as well as any other service offered by Talentato related to human resources consulting, talent recruitment and selection, professional advice and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).
Use of the Service implies access to information, content, proprietary materials, digital tools and specialized services provided by Talentato, either directly or through authorized third parties.
READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE, AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Regarding cancellations:

It is strictly forbidden:

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Talentato will not be liable for:
- Hiring decisions made by third parties

COMPLETE TERMS OF USE – TALENTATO
- Acceptance and contractual relationship
By accessing, browsing and/or using the Talentato website, as well as any of the services offered through it (hereinafter, the “Service”), the User expressly declares that he/she has sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Conditions, in accordance with applicable law.
If the User does not have such legal capacity, they must refrain from using the Service at any time.
Use of the Service implies full, express, and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use, as well as any other legal document, policy, or guideline that forms part of it, including the Privacy Notice. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the User and Talentato.
- Privacy
Protecting the User's personal data is a priority for Talentato.
All personal information that the User provides through the site will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is available for consultation on the website.
Talentato may collect, use, store and, where applicable, transfer the User's personal information for the following purposes:
- Establish communication with candidates and companies
- Providing recruitment, selection and consulting services
- Follow up on hiring or consulting processes
- Generate internal statistics and improve the quality of services
The User acknowledges and accepts the processing of their data in accordance with the above.
- Modifications to the Terms and Conditions and the Service
Talentato reserves the right to modify, update or delete, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions, as well as any functionality, content or feature of the Service.
The changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
The User's continued use of the Service after the publication of such modifications will constitute their tacit acceptance thereof. If the User does not agree, they must immediately cease using the Service.
- Use of the Service
The User agrees to use the Service responsibly, lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By way of example, but not limitation, the following are prohibited:
- Using the Service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to applicable law
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- To interfere with, damage, or disrupt the operation of the site or its systems
- Attempting unauthorized access to databases, servers, or related systems
- Using the Service to harm third parties
Failure to comply with the above may result in the suspension or cancellation of access to the Service.

Talentato offers specialized services in human resources and talent management, including, but not limited to:
For businesses:
- Talent recruitment and selection services
- Technical, professional and cultural evaluation of candidates
- Consulting on recruitment processes and organizational structure
For candidates:
- Professional positioning consulting
- Profile optimization (CV, LinkedIn, interviews)
- Access to digital training content (videos, guides and tools)
The specific characteristics of each service may vary and will be reported in each case.
- Nature of the service
Talentato does not guarantee obtaining employment, interviews, job offers, or specific results derived from the use of the Service.
The User acknowledges and accepts that:
- Talentato acts exclusively as an intermediary and advisor
- It does not guarantee the hiring of candidates or obtaining employment.
- It does not guarantee specific results in recruitment or consulting processes.
- There is no employment relationship between Talentato and the candidates or users.
- Final hiring decisions rest exclusively with the companies, under their own responsibility.
Furthermore, Talentato does not act as an employer, manager, formal placement agency, or legal representative of either party. Any employment or contractual relationship that arises will be the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
- Registration and accounts
To access certain services, the User may provide personal information or register on the site.
The User agrees to:
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activities carried out under your account
Talentato reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts when it detects misuse, false information, or non-compliance with these Terms.
- Payments and services
By contracting any service offered by Talentato, the User accepts the commercial conditions, prices, scope and payment methods previously informed.
The services may involve:
- One-time payments or recurring payments, depending on the type of service contracted
- Billing in accordance with applicable tax legislation
Talentato reserves the right to modify the prices of its services at any time. However, such changes will not affect services already contracted, except in the case of renewals or recurring services, in which case the User will be duly notified.
Payment processing may be carried out through authorized third-party providers, and the User agrees to also be bound by the terms and conditions of said third parties where applicable.
The User agrees to:
- Provide valid, complete, and up-to-date payment information
- Make timely payments
- Assume any applicable taxes, bank fees, or additional charges
Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of the contracted services, without liability for Talentato.
In case of non-payment, Talentato may suspend access to the Service without obligation to reactivate it until the corresponding regularization.
- Cancellations and refunds
The specific cancellation and refund conditions will depend on the type of service contracted and will be communicated to the User prior to contracting.
In general:
- Cancellation requests must be made through Talentato's official channels.
- Once the service has started, no refunds will be given, except as otherwise provided by law or express written agreement.
- For services contracted on a period basis (monthly or otherwise), access may be maintained until the end of the period already paid for, without automatic renewal in case of cancellation.
If the User does not make full or partial use of the contracted service, this will not generate the right to a refund.
Any exception to the above must be expressly stated in writing and authorized by Talentato.
- User Content
The User may provide information such as:
- Curriculum vitae
- Professional data
- Testimonials or comments
The User guarantees that said information:
- It is truthful, up-to-date, and complete
- It does not infringe on the rights of third parties
By providing content, the User authorizes Talentato to use it for operational purposes, evaluation, service improvement and, where applicable, commercial or dissemination purposes, always respecting applicable regulations.
- Intellectual property
All site content, including but not limited to:
- Texts
- Design
- Methodologies
- Materials
- Videos
- Logos and brands
are owned by Talentato or its licensors.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy, distribute or use such content without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized use of the content may result in appropriate legal action.
- Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talentato will not be liable for:
- Hiring decisions made by third parties
- Results obtained by users
- Actions or omissions of candidates or companies
- Indirect damages, loss of income or opportunities
The Service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of specific results.
- User relationships
Talentato acts solely as an intermediary between companies and candidates.
Any employment, contractual or commercial relationship that arises between these users will be independent of Talentato, who will not be responsible for the obligations arising from these relationships.
- Third-party sites
The site may contain links to third-party websites.
Talentato is not responsible for:
- The content of these sites
- Their privacy policies
- The use of information provided in them
Access to external sites will be the User's responsibility.
- Termination of service
Termination of the Service does not release the User from fulfilling any outstanding payment obligations. Talentato may, at any time and without prior notice:
- Suspend or cancel access to the Service
- Delete accounts
- Restrict functionalities
in case of breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
- Applicable legislation
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
17. Confidentiality
The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information to which he or she has access through the Service, including information on candidates, companies, processes, methodologies or any other data considered sensitive or strategic.
This information may not be disclosed, reproduced or used for purposes other than those established in the Service without prior written authorization from Talentato.
18. Force majeure
Talentato will not be liable for failures or delays arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, technical failures, service interruptions, natural events, labor disputes, or failures of third parties.
