How did it all begin?

The problem isn't finding talent. It’s finding the best fit.

Talentato was born after years of recruiting for companies across the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, working with international teams and coming to with a clear understanding: Technical talent cannot be assessed solely through a CV.

We focus on industries where making the right hiring decision is critical: renewable energies and cybersecurity. These fast-growing sectors demand specialized profiles and the bad hire costs time, money, and trust.

After working in the corporate world, international recruitment, and on demanding projects, We decided to create Talentato with the simple idea: to make recruitment processes more humane, conscientious, and strategic.

From our base in Mexico, we work with companies across Latin America, helping them find specialized talent with a close, technical and human touch.
