What will you do?

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and service requests.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and update Windows operating systems, applications, and end-user devices.
  • Manage Windows user administration and ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and policies.
  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and corporate technology assets.
  • Monitor, document, and follow up on incidents, requests, and technical tasks through completion.
  • Administer and support remote access, endpoint management, and security-related tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect corporate and user data according to company policies.
  • Recommend and implement IT best practices to improve efficiency, security, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Software teams to support ongoing operational and business needs.

What are they looking for?

  • IT professional with 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows 10/11 Pro environments.
  • Experience with Windows user administration, software deployment, and application maintenance.
  • Knowledge of TPM 2.0, BitLocker, and endpoint security practices.
  • Experience using remote support and device management tools.
  • Strong documentation skills and commitment to following standards, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Preferred: experience with Linux, risk assessments, disk imaging, and Agile methodologies.
