What will you do?

• Serve as the primary engineering partner for the Marketing team, supporting campaigns, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and digital content experiences.
• Own the maintenance, performance, releases, and continuous improvement of the corporate website built on modern web technologies (Nuxt, Vue, TypeScript, Storyblok, Vercel).
• Develop and launch new website features, templates, and user experiences that enhance engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize headless CMS integrations, content workflows, and component architectures.
• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to improve SEO performance, Core Web Vitals, site accessibility, and overall digital experience.
• Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using iPaaS platforms, REST APIs, and web services.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications and workflows.
• Monitor application and website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability across platforms.
• Mentor junior team members, promote technical best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What are they looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or business systems implementation.
• Ability to partner closely with Marketing and business stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for application development and automation.
• Hands-on experience managing and enhancing corporate websites using modern frameworks such as Nuxt/Vue, React/Next.js, or similar.
• Experience working with headless CMS platforms, preferably Storyblok.
• Solid knowledge of SEO principles, content operations, digital marketing technologies, and campaign delivery.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and systems integration.
• Experience working directly with business and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and database technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical standards is a plus.
• English advanced.
