Foi uma not\u00edcia que me abalou.<\/p>\n<p>E esta semana isso despertou algo em mim novamente quando li uma reportagem sobre como o crime organizado est\u00e1 usando as redes sociais, o TikTok e os videogames para recrutar jovens.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"QPSBGRTTCToxrpUoVsOUnfwcbljCvWXALY\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/search\/results\/all\/?keywords=%23reclutamiento&amp;origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\">#<\/span>Recrutamento<\/a>.<br \/>\nEssa \u00e9 a palavra que eu uso todos os dias... mas em um contexto completamente diferente.<\/p>\n<p>E ver como eles se aproveitam das esperan\u00e7as de algu\u00e9m que est\u00e1 apenas procurando um emprego, um sonho, uma oportunidade... d\u00f3i.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f3i porque todos n\u00f3s vivemos no M\u00e9xico e conhecemos essa realidade.<br \/>\nD\u00f3i porque n\u00f3s, que trabalhamos em <a class=\"QPSBGRTTCToxrpUoVsOUnfwcbljCvWXALY\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/search\/results\/all\/?keywords=%23reclutamiento&amp;origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\">#<\/span>recrutamento<\/a> Sim, acreditamos no impacto positivo que um bom emprego pode ter. \u2764\ufe0f\u200d\ud83e\ude79<\/p>\n<p>E d\u00f3i porque esse tipo de caso tamb\u00e9m afeta a confian\u00e7a em nosso setor. Este post n\u00e3o \u00e9 agrad\u00e1vel. Mas \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea conhece algu\u00e9m jovem, algu\u00e9m que est\u00e1 procurando emprego, algu\u00e9m que est\u00e1 vulner\u00e1vel ou empolgado com uma oportunidade &quot;boa demais para ser verdade&quot;, por favor, compartilhe isso.<\/p>\n<p>Aqui est\u00e3o 4 sinais de alerta que todos devem conhecer:<\/p>\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 Sempre pesquise sobre a empresa<br \/>\nPesquise nome dela no Google.<br \/>\nBuscar not\u00edcias.<br \/>\nVerifique se a empresa aparece no LinkedIn, no site oficial ou em diret\u00f3rios.<br \/>\nSe voc\u00ea n\u00e3o encontrar nada, fique alerta.<\/p>\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Cuidado com sal\u00e1rios irreais.<br \/>\nSe uma vaga de emprego promete sal\u00e1rios de 50% a 80% acima da m\u00e9dia, desconfie.<br \/>\nVoc\u00ea pode consultar faixas salariais usando o Glassdoor, o OCC ou at\u00e9 mesmo solicitar ao ChatGPT uma an\u00e1lise do sal\u00e1rio t\u00edpico para essa fun\u00e7\u00e3o na sua cidade.<\/p>\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Se envolver viagem, avise outra pessoa.<br \/>\nCompartilhe sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nCompartilhe a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o exata onde voc\u00ea estar\u00e1.<br \/>\nN\u00e3o saia sem que algu\u00e9m esteja monitorando seus movimentos.<\/p>\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 Fa\u00e7a perguntas, muitas perguntas<br \/>\nUm emprego leg\u00edtimo pode ser verificado por meio de chamada telef\u00f4nica ou videochamada.<br \/>\nPergunte o que voc\u00ea faria, com quem trabalharia, onde fica o escrit\u00f3rio e quem \u00e9 o seu chefe.<br \/>\nUm recrutador de verdade n\u00e3o se incomoda com suas perguntas.<br \/>\nTrata-se de um recrutador falso.<\/p>\n<p>Este tema \u00e9 duplamente importante para mim porque, al\u00e9m de ser recrutadora, trabalhei durante quase 4 anos na \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a, ministrando treinamentos de Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o em Seguran\u00e7a do Trabalho.<br \/>\nE eu sei, por experi\u00eancia pr\u00f3pria, que a preven\u00e7\u00e3o salva vidas.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o consigo fechar os olhos.<br \/>\nEu tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o quero que ningu\u00e9m mais os feche.<\/p>\n<p>Se compartilhar essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o puder impedir que pelo menos uma pessoa caia em um golpe de emprego falso, em uma rede perigosa ou em uma hist\u00f3ria que nunca deveria ter existido\u2026 ent\u00e3o vale a pena escrever este post, mesmo que n\u00e3o seja alegre, mesmo que n\u00e3o seja descontra\u00eddo.<\/p>\n<p>Obrigada pela leitura.<br \/>\nObrigada por compartilhar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy no hay post feliz.
