If the User does not agree, they must immediately cease using the Service.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><b> Use of the Service<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User agrees to use the Service responsibly, lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By way of example, but not limitation, the following are prohibited:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using the Service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to applicable law<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To interfere with, damage, or disrupt the operation of the site or its systems<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attempting unauthorized access to databases, servers, or related systems<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using the Service to harm third parties<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to comply with the above may result in the suspension or cancellation of access to the Service.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><b> Services offered<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato offers specialized services in human resources and talent management, including, but not limited to:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For businesses:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talent recruitment and selection services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical, professional and cultural evaluation of candidates<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consulting on recruitment processes and organizational structure<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For candidates:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional positioning consulting<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profile optimization (CV, LinkedIn, interviews)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to digital training content (videos, guides and tools)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The specific characteristics of each service may vary and will be reported in each case.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><b> Nature of the service<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato does not guarantee obtaining employment, interviews, job offers, or specific results derived from the use of the Service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User acknowledges and accepts that:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato acts exclusively as an intermediary and advisor<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It does not guarantee the hiring of candidates or obtaining employment.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It does not guarantee specific results in recruitment or consulting processes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no employment relationship between Talentato and the candidates or users.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Final hiring decisions rest exclusively with the companies, under their own responsibility.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, Talentato does not act as an employer, manager, formal placement agency, or legal representative of either party. Any employment or contractual relationship that arises will be the sole responsibility of the parties involved.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><b> Registration and accounts<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To access certain services, the User may provide personal information or register on the site.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User agrees to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be responsible for all activities carried out under your account<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts when it detects misuse, false information, or non-compliance with these Terms.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><b> Payments and services<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By contracting any service offered by Talentato, the User accepts the commercial conditions, prices, scope and payment methods previously informed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The services may involve:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One-time payments or recurring payments, depending on the type of service contracted<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Billing in accordance with applicable tax legislation<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato reserves the right to modify the prices of its services at any time. However, such changes will not affect services already contracted, except in the case of renewals or recurring services, in which case the User will be duly notified.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment processing may be carried out through authorized third-party providers, and the User agrees to also be bound by the terms and conditions of said third parties where applicable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User agrees to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide valid, complete, and up-to-date payment information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make timely payments<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assume any applicable taxes, bank fees, or additional charges<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of the contracted services, without liability for Talentato.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of non-payment, Talentato may suspend access to the Service without obligation to reactivate it until the corresponding regularization.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><b> Cancellations and refunds<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The specific cancellation and refund conditions will depend on the type of service contracted and will be communicated to the User prior to contracting.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation requests must be made through Talentato&#039;s official channels.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the service has started, no refunds will be given, except as otherwise provided by law or express written agreement.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For services contracted on a period basis (monthly or otherwise), access may be maintained until the end of the period already paid for, without automatic renewal in case of cancellation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the User does not make full or partial use of the contracted service, this will not generate the right to a refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any exception to the above must be expressly stated in writing and authorized by Talentato.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><b> User Content<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User may provide information such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curriculum vitae<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional data<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Testimonials or comments<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User guarantees that said information:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is truthful, up-to-date, and complete<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It does not infringe on the rights of third parties<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By providing content, the User authorizes Talentato to use it for operational purposes, evaluation, service improvement and, where applicable, commercial or dissemination purposes, always respecting applicable regulations.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><b> Intellectual property<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All site content, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Texts<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Methodologies<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Materials<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Videos<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logos and brands<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are owned by Talentato or its licensors.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy, distribute or use such content without prior written authorization.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unauthorized use of the content may result in appropriate legal action.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"12\"><li><b> Limitation of liability<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talentato will not be liable for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indirect damages, loss of income or opportunities<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service is provided \u201cas
